  • Q. Can GPM get mailers white-listed?
  • A. GPM has experience in establishing automated feed-back (FBL’s) and we strive to work with our customers to maintain good delivery. We are happy to assist our clients with all white-list requests.

  • Q. What kind of performance metrics does GPM provide?
  • A. GPM tracks an extensive array of data in real-time. GPM also has robust capabilities with data-feeds and data export and platform integration .

  • Q. Does GPM have automatic revenue reporting?
  • A. GPM is linked in with dozens of affiliate network and posts per-creative revenue updates every three hours for your convenience. Revenue can also be sorted by list management partner and easily exported.

  • Q. Does GPM sell or lease data?
  • A. GPM does not sell or lease any email data as a matter of policy. GPM provides list management services and we seek to provide the utmost security for all of our list management partners. Please refer to our Policies.

  • Q. Does GPM work with revenue share or list management?
  • A. Yes, GPM is configured to import lists by separate revenue share partners. This means that managed data can be securely segregated and makes for hassle-free performance reporting.

  • Q. Does GPM accept automated data feeds?
  • A. Yes, our automated data feeds can sustain multi-step customized mailings, update lists and suppression files. GPM also mantains double-opt in functionality for confirmation generated data.

  • Q. Can GPM manage my data?
  • A. Yes, GPM provides list management services. We operate on a straight 50/50 revenue share basis, accept live data feeds and support automated revenue reporting. GPM software gives our users the same capability to manage data from multiple partners-refer to proprietary software.

  • Q. Does GPM scrub data and/or have data hygiene procedures in place?
  • A. Yes, GPM scrubs all data on a daily basis for problematic addresses, invalid domains and non-deliverable addresses. All data that is uploaded into our network based system is scrubbed for these factors as well. Our data scrubbing procedures are intended to maximize delivery and minimize complaints.

  • Q. How does the demographic analysis work with GPM?
  • A. GPM demographics are based on data enrichment and categorization. All incoming data is enriched with US Census information as well as proprietary internal data. All creatives are also categorized by GPM into established groups of goods and services. The combination of enriched individual data and category groups provides necessary information for advanced demographic analysis of customer mailing lists and target audiences for hundreds of goods and services.

  • Q. Does GPM provide CPM/CPA mailing services?
  • A. Yes. GPM provides targeted and creative optimization on a CPM basis and also works with affiliate networks on a CPA basis.

  • Q. Can GPM target mail geographically?
  • A. Yes. GPM permits you to target by State, City, zip code, area code and geographic region. GPM also permits targeted by demographic factors such median household income, ethnicity, population density, etc.

  • Q. Does GPM provide content creation services.
  • A. Yes. GPM works with customers to render HTML and text email content. GPM helps customers take their ideas and produce usable content. Furthermore, can test multiple creatives (text and HTML) and from and subject lines. By the use of friendly, real-time statistical data.

  • Q. Does GPM provide mail servers and co-location services?
  • A. Yes, some of customers prefer to have servers, IP’s and collocation provided and GPM provides those services via third-parties. Some customers prefer providing their own hardware and co-location facility. In either case, GPM is still a simple web-based interface with one monthly invoice.

  • Q. How many servers can use with GPM?
  • A. Multiple servers can be used simultaneously from one login. Indvidual mailings can be sent over multiple servers. GPM is a highly scalable platform with centralized databases, user interface and data operations.

  • Q. How does GPM keep my data secure?
  • A. Unlike many mailing platform that only operate on a individual server basis GPM is a network based system. Customers’ databases are kept on secure, remote servers with real-time redundancy. This makes GPM scalable, secure and our customers less affected by problems on individual mail servers. Our network based approach means that GPM customers have access to much higher level analytics and capabilities.

  • Q. How fast does GPM send mail?
  • A. GPM can send at specifically 'throttled' on a recipient domain basis or at 'wide-open' speeds. Wide open speeds can be in the hundreds of thousands per hour.

  • Q. How does GPM monitor delivery?
  • A. We have advanced delivery metrics that provide detailed bounce analysis for individual mailings and higher level analytics to monitor delivery on a per-recipient domain basis.

  • Q. How does GPM approach compliance?
  • A. GPM has an aggressive approach to ensure that your mail flow is always complaint with federal statutes. Opt-out requests are automatically and GPM makes suppression list and unsubscribe management easy and transparent. Suppression and unsubscribe can both be fed via a live data-feed.

  • Q. Can GPM customize fields?
  • A. Yes. GPM can customize fields with first name, last name, email address, sign-up source and a random variables.
